Cancellation policy

All orders are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Payment is accepted via major credit and debit cards, and other available payment options listed at checkout. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of Pure Romance and Euforia products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened items for health and safety reasons. Please choose carefully before finalizing your purchase.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. To arrange this, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
