We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary based on location and courier delays.
Discreet packaging is used for all orders to protect your privacy.
Pure Euforia aka Pure Romance By Phoebe is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped or for items lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an item has been opened or used.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.
